I'd definately have to agree, Yoshi's Island and Uniracers are both awesome games.

Kirby Superstar was always a favorite of mine.

Super Smash TV or Total Carnage, anyone? I totally forgot those two in my list. Same goes for Turtles in Time and Secret of Mana.

Another great game but also very hard was UN Fighters. Reminds me of the Ace Combat series somewhat, only its a 2D sidescrolling shoot em up .
