I know the mobo supports 4 gigs of RAM, but is that much REALLY required? cmon now!!! 1 terabyte of hd space??? Unless its a web-server, its just a "muscle car"

Take out the PhysX accelerator for now, and get yourself an FX-60 (or whatever the latest is), and you've got one mighty fine PC

OT: The PC is nice but its using an Intel processor and its got all that VPU power for a 24" screen which is a waste.

ewww, Physx cards. Just slap in a second GFX card for me. not too many games are working on making the next generation mudslide anyways.:smokin:

I might of leaned towards the AMD side and possibly, their new AM2 socket +5000 dual core CPUs with some of the new Cosair 6400DDR-2 low latency memory.

4 gigs of course - until Vista comes out!

Sounds like you'd need an adjunct cpu just to manage the cooling for the secondary power unit...

Slap in a cheap Conroe E6600 and it will own this one... hard... and yes I know conroe isn't out yet (23 july!) but if we're dreaming...

I never go outside this one, outside FH makes me feel...scared :D

Actually, an FX62 rigged one would need more cooling ;)
But yeah cooling this one will be...harsh.
