Re: Paintball thread! I'm sorry, but I don't enjoy wearing brightly colored jersey's and pants. I'll stick with my BDU's, thank you very much. |
Re: Paintball thread! the pro jerseys arent for camoflauge. its too protect you from the impact of the paintball. o and paintballs are all made out of eatable materials. the shell is made out of the same material as gummy bears and the paint is all water. so when your hungry, and nothing to eat, just sit on the couch and pop paintballs into you mouth. |
Re: Paintball thread! Once there was a guy who had eatable paintballs, they were strawberry falvored O_o |
Re: Paintball thread! I like the brightly coloured Uniforms. They're nice and show you have balls. Paintball is a game of skills, and more aligned to extreme sports. It's not a war simulation game. The bright jersies really don't have much protection though. But some of the pants (Dye C4, Angel) have extra padding and such. (Some have built in knee pads and jocks.) |
Re: Paintball thread! yes paintballing is more of a game of skill then anything else. i have seen people with rentals beat people with 2.000 dollar guns cuz they are better. but they do reanactments of WW2 with paintball guns and the paintball guns are put up to their highest velocity. people wear authentic uniforms and the paintball guns are modelled. i have seen modelled mp40's, mg34's, thompsons, BAR's, FG42, and many more. you can buy these WW2 paintball guns but it costs as much as a big screen TV. |
Re: Paintball thread! hehe...it would have been nice to have WW2 paintball guns, but I would much rather have airsofts since they can achieve a higher degree of realism (you even can get small 6mm paintballs to use in airsoft guns). |

Re: Paintball thread! I just started playing paint ball a lot this year, i got a tippmann 98 other than the stock it is un-modded. I have fallen in love this this sport and go every chance i get. http://www.the-paintball-shop.co.uk/...g%5Ctipp98.jpg I wear some old hunting camo i have cuz i amost always play out in the woods, the people who wear camo have a big advantage when we play in the forest. We play in open woods, open fields and places with heavy thick under growth. We also build a lot of defensive positions like bunkers and such in the woods we play in that are open for anyone to jump into during a game. I think it is a lot more fun to play in the woods than playing on an airball course. Matches in the forest usually take much longer because everyone is moving real quietly hunting for the other team and there is lots of cover, they also involve more strategy IMO. I accually just played yesterday, we had a bunch of good 3v3 matches. It looks like i have like 8 nipples cuz of all the bruises on my chest, one guy just opened up on me with his full auto A5 form like 20 feet away.http://forums.filefront.com/images/smilies/pwned.gif |

Re: Paintball thread! Do you guys really like to pretend you're in the army that much? I'm not really for the whole pretending to be military thing. Especially because I always rip those fools with the A-5s that think army tactics works in paintball. |
