Can't get it running
 

Hey folks,

i downloaded the two files from filefront. prob is, the installer says fh has installed properly yet i cant launch it from desktop nor from ingame "custom game", fh is just not visable there :/

ideas fellas ? :)

edit :

if i install a link on the desktop like for all the other mods fh wont start. if i select "customized game" fh is not there but the other mods are. and if i want to join a server after half of the maps loading time the game crashes to desktop or simply says "map not found" right away. it seems bf dont seems to recognize fh at all :/. i installed the large then small one from file front.

could you pls tell me your filesizes ?

I had the same problem, no icon or shortcut in program files so I did the
following:
1. Copy your Road to Rome or Secret Weapons icon to desktop
2. Left click on the copied icon
3. Go down the properties and click on it
4. Highlite Target: and change the last part only to "+gameFH"
(without the quotes)
5. Insert the original BF disk and click on newly changed icon.

See if this works. If there's an easier way please let me know. :nodding:

ok prob solved sorry for the confusion. my main file is invalid :furious:

downloading again now :uhoh:

seems like its installed in the wrong directory

use your main bf1942 directory as target directory.... and of course you neeed bf v1.45
