Vista CTD's worst than before the patch

When playing FH2 on Vista I used to get CTDs about every 2 or 3 games, almost always happening in between maps. Now it happens in between every game. Is it possible to fix this?

And yes, the compatibility mode is set to XP and I'm running it under administrative privileges.

I'm not fully positive. I beleive it's possible.

I have the same problem on vista. In between every map it CTDs.

Unfortunately we have very little possibilities of fixing this, I did run Vista on my computer before and got lots of CTD's, switched back to XP and half of them dissapeared at least. I tought service pack 1 would fix these issues but apperantly not.

yea im getting a CTD once in awhile ingame, running XP-32.


maxxed settings, smooth perf, 4 gigs of ram, x2 5600, x1950xt... defragged and about as optimized as i can get it... i do feel a format is going to be required by the end of 08 though.

i agree since the patch2.1 i have extreme probs with the game
no probs with 2.0
vista ultimate x64 sp1
i have more probs with xp then vista (im a lucky one i know)

So I updated by NVIDIA drivers yesterday and now it's back to crashing every 2 or 3 maps now. Much less annoying.
