Default Custom maps??

Hi all,

Just wondering, how do I convert original FH maps? Do I have to do it with battlecraft?

Reason: My favourite plane is the F4U Corsair and my friend's favourite plane is the Spitfire. There's not a single map where they have the Corsair AND the Spitfire so we wanted to convert/rebuilt an original FH map and add the Spitfire and Corsair. We also wanted to add the most of the Vehicles of FH in that map.

Is this possible?

I tried once before to make my own map in BF1942. It worked great, but when I got online with a friend, we both had the map in our BF1942 directory so we thought it would work fine, but NO, it didn't!

I was the host, my friend joined the map. Everything went fine untill the game restarted. All the vehicles in my map were gone! But all the vehicles at my friend's PC still were there only he couldn't get into them. I failed to solve the problem.

It would be great if anyone could help me!
Thanks,
Corsair Pilot.
