Tobruk?
 

Hey All... I finally just got FH working lately, and everything seems to work except one thing. Tobruk. When i try and load the map, it goes to the loading screen and loads 100%, but then crashes to desktop. Is re-installing my only option?

Is this single player or multiplayer or both? Also could you list your system specs?

Both, Single and Multi. My specs are fine to run all other levels in the game so i really dont think thats the issue at all.

But, Umm..
512mb Memory
64mb NVIDIA Geforce 2 Graphics Card
Intel HT Pentium 4
Bout 10 Gigs of free memory...

All other levels run fine so i really dont think its that. (Even though my computer does kinda suck).

i dont think ur grafix card is a problem, or ur processor, but it could be ur memory. I had 512 and FH crawled with my NVidia 6800 and 2.7ghz p4. I got 512 more, and now it runs much more like i think it should.

Don't rush out buying memory, because mine never froze, but it is a possible problem.

i know whats the problem is on my pc heheh..my grafixcart is a NVIDIA TNT ..hehehe my last monitior is burnt down when i was playing fh hahaha..i can only play with 10 or 20 men in a surfer at this moment...

Tobruk works fine with me. Maybe getting the files for Tobruk only by one of your comrades might help you ;)

By the way, since we r talikng about tobruk, on the website ( FH) it says in the map description that u can have airplanes on it and ships, etc... and the loading screen is diff but i don't have it; Even the map is diff ! But i guess it's like u said, BUGS, u r only human and cannot remember everthing. Don't worry it's not a crittic but just to let everyboddy know ! Cya later guys !

I will check the loading screen. But on Tobrul is for sure Aircraft since 0.67 ;)

Um... yes, well, Can anyone give me the files for Tobruk Only? Seeing as I REALLY Dont want to reinstall.

I had the same problem with tobruk. It just crashed. I was told that it FH has always had this problem with tobruk. (I made a sepparate thread on it a while back called crashing or something) I was told there was nothing I could do so I dont know, if there is, tell me!

Multiplayer Tobruk works fine but single player CTD for me.

I ahve a Athlon 64 2800+, 1GB of RAM, and a Ti4200.

Last time I checked these files worked fine for Coop and Online matches...

Alright... Ill try some online Tobruking then... I just like playing single player to familiarize with my maps, plus, AI are fun to pwn. Ill get back with the results of my online test soon.

Well - as I said - I played only Multiplayer Coop. Worked fine with me. No clue if Singleplayer is working, but as it is nothing that different coop will do I think ;)

Okay, this is def a prob: Tobruk FH 067a ctd's on me in SP every time, and it's not a box issue. I run 1024 RAM @ 2.8 gig mh, Ge 2, Pentium IV, 10 gigs free on hard drive. WT...heck?

Alright... I just tried Tobruk Online Co-op, and it works Splendidly. Suggestion to all who want single player Tobruk, just start an online co-op game with no other players. ITS THE EXACT SAME THING. Have Fun http://forums.filefront.com/images/smilies/smilie.gif
