FH crashing to desk top on 1 player mode
 

Basically i just installed Fh 1 2&3 in that order. When I went to try out a single player map it started to load but then crashed to my desktop. I went to the FH FAQ page and checked out all of those things that can make it crash and foud that all of them seemed to be not the problem. Now i'm am currently retriving FH .66 file but in my thinking (oftentimes wrong thinking) this would only help if I were to try and play games online. I also do not have the latest patch for Battlefield 1942.

Having said all of this i really want to know weather .66 patch has any affect on single player and if there are any other problems like this that any one has come across?

There is somethign else i did forget to say. When I was getting Fh 1 2 and 3 I would get the file and then imediatly install it. so basically i woudl get 1of 3 then instal it, 2 of 3 install it and so on. Would that have messed it up so it woudl crash on me?

Did you get the one that came in one big 1.6 gig download (3 files are in it) or did you download the 3 separate files separately??

I've heard people having problems with the 3 separate files.

If you didn't get the one big download you should tonight. In 16 hours and 53 minutes the .67 will be released and from what I understand the .66 is part of that update. So get the big one tonight and .67 in 16 hours and 52 minutes.

Just DO NOT start Singleplayer. Start a Multiplayer Coop game instead...

And try the searchfunction next time...

The same thing happend to me first re download .65 by extracting etc etc. Then downloadd .67 or .66.

Well i got single player to work, it was because I didn't have the lattest battlefield 1942 patch. But the multi-player is still messed up. Also would it be better to use the all seeing eye rather than in ingame server layout?

ok thanks I actually got it but for the time being i'm grounded but i also fixed all my problems so thanks a bunch everyone.

Hum it seemes as though I'v run into a bit of a problem. Any time I try and connect to a server FH crashes to my desktop during loading. Now I'd like to know why it would do this if it was working properly just last weekend and I didn't have any problems with crashes. could it be becasue I aven't upgraded to .67 yet? but I don't see how that would affect playing servers that haven't upgraded either. I need some help.

Well - if they did not upgrade you should not have a problem.

But I would recommened to download 0.67 + 0.67a and try it online as there are much more servers available.
