[Stability] Matilda sound bug causes CTD?

Ok, I wish I could be more specific with this, but I think that Matilda IIs are what are causing the CTD on map load. Occasionally I will CTD when a map is loading. Occasionally I will CTD when in a Matilda and being shot by another tank.

The map-load CTD always happens at the Sounds phase. The Matilda crash happens at the point when I get hit by another tank's round. The map-load CTD only occurs on maps with the Matilda II.

I think there's something fishy about the sounds. I will do further testing tonight.
