Foy pushmode bug

This one occured today. I don't have a slightest idea how could it have happened, especially since the allies didn't manage to cap the 4th flag once. Also notice how our team has captured all other flags. We could capture that rear flag back too.

I think I saw the back flag being taken out of sequence by the Allies on a server too, and as you said, the Germans could re-capture it.

Just happened on the map i played. Exactly same scenario: allies had the flag 1, and then capped flag 5

Re: Foy pushmode bug

it happens if 2 flags are capped at the exact same time by both teams ....

remember => BF1942 is NOT made for pushmode
there is nothing we can do about it

but it happens very very very seldom

We know about THAT unpreventable bug, but it still doesn't explain why flag #5 would be taken by the Allies when they only have #1...

Is the vulnerability of the rear flag supposed to encourage the use of the Remote C-47 or something?

Re: Foy pushmode bug

Flag nr 5 lacks a cage around it so allies can cap it... I thought this was a push map...

Yes. I can see it happens when the axis and allies capture flags #4 and #5 simultaneously, but how is it possible to capture #5 when they haven't captured #4 once?

Re: Foy pushmode bug

I capped flag nr 1, then I went to flag nr 5 and capped it, it doesnt have a cage around it so its cappable. I just tried it.

I see allies capture point 5 in a paradrop in begin of the round.

Re: Foy pushmode bug

There is simply no cage on flag 5.

Hello,

I was wondering if a Dev would perhaps comment on this? Just curious is all.

Thanks,

Same thing. Is it intentional?
