The rule regarding Nazi based clans

There has been some recent discussion both within this community and within the forum staff as to what we should do with clans which have Nazi links who wish to advertise/recruit on these forums. As of now, it is forbidden for ANY clan which is linked in any way to Nazis or the Waffen-SS to promote themselves on these forums. We understand that there may be some clans that are historical re-enactment groups purely innocent of any Nazi links, but we are unable to decide which clans are legitimate and which are extolling Neo-Nazi ideologies, anti-Semitism, racism and/or hate speech. Therefore all clans with Nazi links are banned.

The F.H. Forum Moderators will make decisions on a case by case basis due to what evidence there is at hand. This will usually be a case of them checking each clan site that wishes to advertise here. Please do not take offence at them if they rule against you. They are just doing what they are asked by the Forum Administration.

Please, also, accept our apologies if you do belong to a legitimate historical re-enactment clan. It is unfortunate that we must curtail your recruitment efforts due to the misguided, backwards ideas of a few sick, childish, morons.
