Compiling finished work properly

I finished a soundpack for Farcry [my second one] and I was wondering how I should package it in the WinZIP archive. I don't know how to let WinZip know what paths the files should go when extracted beause when I add the files I can't add folders [WinRAR can but you can't make a .pak file in winrar. At least I don't think so.], which would tell WinZip exactly where the files should be extracted, but I can't do that in WinZip. What am I overlooking? Please help me.
