If you're in a lack of cash and you don't feel like hunting suitcases I usually take the various "Target Opportunity" missions from these phone masts... very easy "money"!

I can´t get the diamond on the Port Selao Map (the northest diamond) on the map of Mosate Selao (Map locations 2).

The diamond is on the rock, near river, there is any way to get him (any tree any cliff to climb...)
