Crysis or Farcry 2 ??

I agree, but I think overall, FC2 is going to ten times better. Mainly because it's not EA

Crysis had so much potential, and like Spore (another EA) game, it was let down by lack of good gameplay.

I think Crysis has the best graphics, but atmosphere-wise I think FarCry 2 kicks mucho ass. The landscape, day and night change, weather,.. all these things you can use to your advantage of completing missions.
All my settings are on Very High so far (I actually happened to overheat my rig yesterday after burning off 3 hours of non-stop playing.. LOL), and I think that many locations and details are eye-candy .. but there is still something better about Crysis!

lol i voted for Crysis 2 years ago, and i saw i made right choice cause yeah when i played FarCry 2 atmosphere is amazing but not better graphics than Crysis

i agree, i bought far cry 2, i must say i loved the graphics but i sold the game. Why? rubbish gameplay, damn repetitive. Same sounds, always the same. Bought a new gfx card, and guess what? i received the game free with it. So i thought, mmh let's give it another go, but no, still boring but still a beauty. I'm playing crysis again for the 10th time and i still love it.

I really dislike Crysis because I believed all the hype and it is no where near to the hype. So I feel betrayed, and Crysis is buggy as hell regardless. Granted it's come a long way since release, but the community is still small. I expected it to take off like Halflife 2 did.

FarCry 2 is repititive, but I like it. It's not going to be a long time favorite, but I like it for now. I've gotten about a dozen maps done for it and am planning a bunch more.

your points are correct, crysis is indeed buggy, i mean even the most powerful computers have sometimes problems running it like it normally should! I never experienced heavy problems or so. But i most point out, the community is quite large especially around the time that warhead came out.

I have played both! I personalyy say crysis. Graphics are good on both but far cry 2 is so repetitive and after the ending you can't mess around in freeplay. You can't on crysis either but crysis is a whole different type of game.Farry editor is easier and won't give you a stroke, but it is very limited! Once you understand crysis editor, it is amazing and you can make a whole singleplayer game for yourself!
