| Shown here is a mostly stealth oriented method to play this relatively short level of power rerouting, making the title of the level serve two purposes. If not for the key sneak midway through, a lot of brutal and avoidable firefighting can break out. It takes precise timing to pull off but the reward is zero confrontation after rerouting the power save for some UAVs, the remaining clones in the big room seem to not be scripted to hang around after setting the switches. This is not my typical way of playing this level or F.E.A.R. in general. I tend to get in the habit of going for the shortest possible tactical no scratch method when making videos, which can help those having a hard time with the tougher battles and keeps the file size down. It also tends to conserve ammo though and I feel is a more realistic approach someone with heightened reflexes and intellignece would use. Mode is Extreme, level time 7:29, music is You Lied, by Tool. Bypass: Interval 09 (107MB) Sneakin' to the vault |

Nice looking site, but I recommend you add descriptions to your video files on Filefront's download page. There have been many movies made of FEAR under the label "trailer" for instance. Often times they are personal versions of FEAR's cutscenes spliced together occasionally along with some gameplay action. What I'm saying is that many FEAR movies show almost the same type of thing, unless you tell people what's in yours they may assume they're like all the rest. Even if it's only a sentence or two detailing what if anything is unique about them it can draw more interest. I have several other FEAR movies BTW, hear's the entire collection: http://hosted.filefront.com/FragManiac/1521266 (The one called Another Day at the Office is my 23 minute mp montage) |

LZ is Hot will likely be he toughest one to do no scratch, but I'm pretty sure it's possible.I took a break for over a month playing Need for Speed Most Wanted, and have made several videos of it too. Racing games are a bit harder for me than shooters though. What have you been playing on that awesome rig of yours? |

Besides making videos of NFS Most Wanted I've downloaded all the available sp maps for Far Cry. If you haven't played them you should check them out, some really good ones have been released since the SP Map Pack v1.1. So far my faves of the latest ones are Ascent, Deepcover, and Fueltank. |

![]() I've yet to play any of the FEAR sp maps made, I tend to wait until there are several available of a given title before getting into that. This site seems to have a fairly comprehensive list, though you probably won't find many sp maps for FEAR yet. http://www.vgpro.com/games/pc/fear/map BTW, here's a link to all my FEAR vids in case there are any you may have missed. http://hosted.filefront.com/FragManiac/1521266 (If you're into FEAR mp and haven't seen it yet, check out Another Day at the Office. It's a 23 minute mp montage with nonstop action and my biggest video project yet of any title.) |
