I have some experience with programming video games, and have just started playing around with STALKER. <br />
<br />
Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has any idea where I can edit the minimap for the original version of STALKER (If I'm not mistaken, it seems to be referred to as 'Vanilla STALKER' but please correct me if that's wrong.)<br />
<br />
Erm, that's really about it, dunno if I'm doing this right. Thanks in advance to any advice offered.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Rite, so im a total noob when it comes to doing mods, but is it possible to make a mod that lets you equip more than one weapon and just edit what key is used to select it.i.e.key 1= knife 2= hand gun/sub machine gun 3= two hand gun like shotguns, assault rifles and sniper rifles 4= the same as &quot;3&quot; 5=grenade 6=binoculars 7 bolts.    <br />

its jsut i get a bit frustrated when other stalkers are blasting me apart and i have to go into inventory and swap weapon then go back to shooteh shooth.</div>

The abc sleep mod has two common files with all other mods.One is item.ltx which is not a problem, because the mod just add a section (sleeping bag) into the file, overwriting nothing. The second file is a pain in the arse. It's the bind_stalker.script and the sleep mod WANTS a line in a function changed for IT. problem is that IF I erase that line , letting the sleep mod one to be overwriten there, in that function, the sleep mod works but...the AI  thrown grenades don't explode anymore...llloolll...What a mess...<br />
Does anyone HOW to solve that function to accept both ...&quot;ways&quot; ?<br />
