I'm looking for a chord progression that uses a IV-V-x-x (ei. Fmaj7, G, Em, Am or Fmaj7, G, Abdim, Am, etc.) progression. It needs to be from any video games or anime. I have a wide collection of anime music that uses it, but I can hardly find any video games that uses it. The only 3 games that I know of is Megaman 2 Wily stage 1, Flying Battery Zone (S&K), and the credits from minish cap.

For those without music theory, probably some example might help. Listen to the chorus.

Flying Battery Zone (0:25 and 1:53)
God Knows... (intro and 1:06)
Uso (1:09)
Megaman 2 Wily stage 1 (1:04)

About a month or so ago, I was just surfing the internet when I came across a project called "Them Crooked Vultures". At this point there were only a few teasers for their material, and if that wasn't enough to catch my eye, the roster certainly was; John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin, Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters and Nirvana, and finally Josh Homme, the vocalist for Queens of the Stone Age are all involved in the project.

If that didn't quite sink in with you, that's Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters and QOTSA in one big orgy of sexually awesome music. Yeah.
