I was wondering if anyone could help me with a XSI Mod Tool problem...it's a pretty big one. Whenever I start it up it up, it doesn't really pop up, it has the little splash screen and then it makes the Window's error sound and nothing ever comes up...Any help?

I have Windows 7, because my XP finally broke and father decided to put Windows 7 on here..

When I try debugging with Visual Studio (Professional edition), I can get to the menu, and my FPS is something like 80..
Then, when I try and connect/devmap, it loads the cgame module (So it's still at the 'Awaiting gamestate...' or whatever) and then completely freezes.
The console, main game window, and Visual Studio just completely lock up. I have to end the processes through Task Manager.

However...
When I run jamp.exe by itself, my FPS in the menu is about 6, I can connect/devmap without a problem, and my FPS in-game is about 60.

This all happens on every modification (So it's not code-related)
I've tried every variation of compatibility mode, desktop composition, etc on both jamp.exe and devenv.exe
Also, I can debug other applications perfectly.

I do not know what is setting this terrible limit. Even in the menus I only get 20 fps.

The things i have tried are:

Changing the affinity to only 1 cpu.
Using older vista drivers that worked on this pc for jka.
Running as administrator.
Running in compatability mode, all of them(literally).
Using nHancer to change around options such as multithreading, and compatability issues.
Running the game at diffirent resolutions.
Changing graphics around.
Using com_MaxFps of like 400.


None of these things changed my fps from 20.


Specs:
2.00 GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 7950GT
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Proccessor 4200+ 2.21 Ghz
Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit Edition.

I would really appreciate any help I could get, I am willing to try any suggestion. But I do not want to go back to vista, I really am diggin windows 7.

I install my Jedi Academy, and just try to open it with v. 1.00. It opens to splash screens and give me nothing but "Jedi Academy MultiPlayer stopped working" or something like that.

When I try to update it to 1.01 it gives me "Invalid Directory, the target files could not be created."
