Hi members!I have the game and the two expansions installed,but everytime I start the game it acts like it has just been installed.That is:
1) I have to write my account information everytime, because the "sign in automatically" button doesn't work - I can check it,but the next time I start the game it's like I haven't checked it.
2) When I switch through menu tabs I always get the annoying help messages.I check the "Don't show this again" button but the next time I start the game it's like I haven't checked them at all (basically same as the case above)
3) One and two can be proved with this:
When I complete a tutorial for example it is marked as completed,but the next time I enter the game and start the tutorials they all start from the beginning and are all marked as uncompleted....

These problems make me think that the game doesn't "save" itself when I exit.The options like graphics and audio don't change - They are as I have modified them so I don't have problems with options and so on...I just want to solve the three problems I have written about so please if anyone knows something about this HELP!!! :(
I've tried uninstalling but to no use.
Oh yes,almost forgot!One time when I reinstalled I had no problems,but I noticed that I had only the account profile.I wasn't experiencing any of the problems above.I was happy that there were no annoying problems and decided to create two more profiles and when I created them the next time I started the game the problems in 1,2 and 3 started again.I wrote that, because it might give a clue to someone.
