Where do i put mods for enemy territory?
 

I downloaded a mod for wolfenstein: enemy territory, it a mod that helps me identify the baddies and goodies but i'm not sure which file to put them in, i want it to work for all of the games i play on any of the servers, i made a backup copy of the game and i copied and pasted the mods to all the server folders but now does not pick up the packs when i try to join games on the server so i'm taking it that there's a server folder i should not be putting these files in, can anyone help or show me where to put the files?

I've added a screenshot of the folder if it helps. Thanks for anyone who can help me, i'm new to all of this.

Also is there anywhere on here that will give me a guide if i am wanting to download other mods on where to put them?
