Looking for Doom map/weapon/skin mods for WET

i wonder has anyone made any Doom skins or weapon mods for Wolfenstein Enemy Territory? i they havent, i think that would be sort of cool.... how would one go about doing that? i have the modding software, i just dnt know where to begin...
