| Shortly after I became Grand Champion of the Arena, I decided to break into the gatekeepers chest (the guy you places bets with). I succeeded and got 500 gold, yay. The gatekeeper saw me and attacked me, a guard saw and started attacking him, making him go unconcious(he can't die). Now whenever I go near the gatekeeper, he starts to flee, running away to the nearest guard and starts walking into the guard until I leave. Secondly, the women in the bloodworks told me about shows I can put on (facing monsters and things) once a week in the arena, so I accepted and said "ready for a match" but she tells me I have to watch the battle I placed a bet on first(which I don't remember doing), so when I go into the arena to watch the battle, theres only one person in there, and they don't do anything. Any help would be appretiated, I don't want to delete that account, Ive worked hard on it.. |

| I hope I'm not to late and you already deleted your profile, but just in case.... Try opening the console with the "~" (tilde) key to the left of the "1" key and above the "tab" key. Click on Hundolin (the gatekeeper) and type "resurrect" without the quotes. If this doesn't work, try using "createfullactorcopy", again without quotes. At the top of the screen while in the console you will see the last thing you clicked on. Be sure it says it says "Hundolin" at the top before you use any of the above mentioned commands or they won't work. If it still doesn't work, try putting this in the console without clicking on anything. Be sure it doesn't say anything at the top either. You could also click on yourself in third-person. When your character's name is at the top or you haven't clicked on anything, in the console type "player.setav personality 255". By now you should know not to use quotes when typing this. You can really use the above command and change the "255" to any number, but 255 will be best. When your personality is this high, nobody will attack you unless you attack them, with an exception to creatures and Daedra. You could also use the command "setpc fame #". Replace the # sign with a number, or replace "fame" with "infamy". Use these commands to increase or decrease your Fame or Fnfamy. For your current problem, set your infamy to 0 and fame to a high number, such as 1000. DO NOT WORRY! You can change your Personality, Fame, and Infamy back to where they was using the same command and setting the number to the original value. To be on the safe side, you might want to make yourself a Master in Speechcraft, using the same above mentioned command, but replacing "personality" with "speechcraft". Use any number above 100 to make you a Master. Again, you can change this back to where it was. Once you've changed your Personality to 255, Fame to a good amount, Infamy to 0, and Speechcraft high enough so that you're a Master in it, approach Hundolin the gatekeeper. He shouldn't run away because of your high Personality. You can then check the bet you made in the Arena and see if you made one in the first place. If you didn't try placing a bet and watching a match, and then returning to Ysabel Andronicus (the maiden of the Bloodworks/the woman you get the creature fights from.) and see if she lets you into a match. When you want to set your Personality back to normal, find a value for your personality so that it is as low as it can get without making Hundolin run away. Fame will also keep him from running away, so set it to a low number like I said you should do with Speechcraft, or since that might take longer to try and find a minimal amount on both, try just setting your Fame back to normal. You could also try setting your Personality back to normal and keeping your Fame at a high amount, but my first recommendation is best. After finally finding lowest value so that Hundolin won't run away, enter conversation with him and use Speechcraft to set his disposition to 100. You could also try pulling out your weapon, which decreases all NPC disposition to your by 10 points, but this is likely to make Hundolin run away, so save your game first. If he doesn't his disposition will be higher then 100 (although you won't see it, it will still say his disposition is 100, but technically it is 110.) If you are successful this will fortify your chance of him not running away. One of these solutions should work for you. If it still doesn't work I'll try to think of something else.

| Hey, I'm having the same issue. I was wondering if anyone knows a solution for the PS3. As I don't have the PC version I can't do all the console commands, I don't think. |

| A Calm spell could work, but NPC's and creatures don't respond when they're calmed. Something you could try, but I don't know how it would help you, is a Paralyze spell or a Damage Fatigue spell. I know this will be counted as an assault, but at last resort, try it and see what happens afterward. darbyj, if you're using the PS3 version, I think your only hope is to use some sort of spell, or load a previous saved game. I use both the PC version and 360 version, (I know, weird ain't it?) so I think that's all you can do. Like I said, try a Calm spell first, and then a Paralyze or Damage Fatigue spell at last resort.
