weapon pack

i downloaded a weapon pack and activated it and all... the pack is sposed to be in a box in the market district in front of a statue, but its not there

anyone know what the problem could be? also as i said i copied all the files and activated the mod, so theres not the problem(im not a total noob ya know xD )
