Default NPCs can't speak to me.
Like the title says npcs can't speak with me. An expample being I attack someone in front of a guard, he follows me around, but can't say the whole: "Stop criminal scum" thing that they do so well. Ok so that doesn't seem like a completly negative problem, however its stopping me from completing the dark brotherhood questline. Lucien can't speak with me after the kiss before dying mission i can only stand there and stare at him.
