Oblivion Quest problem
 

On the quest Aid for Bruma, I have spoken to all the counts and Countesses except for the count in Bravil, when taking to him he says that he cant send any troops because his catian of the guard died. When he finishes the compass still points on him and i cant continue that quest or finish it. I figured that this was a glich is there any consol commands that will conplete this and only this quest so that i am not stuck on it or does anyone know a fix for it?

You don't need to finish the quest, its opsional, its just to get more men at the fight for Bruma.

how do you get the next quest, attack on bruma i believe its called or something like that, i talked to martin, nothing from him and I talked to the other main guy, forgot his name, nothing from him and i looked around bruma and there is no Great Gate. Im scared that a problem may have been made on the quest where i had to search for the armour of tiber septim. The quest kept on updating before acually doing the required things. I was able to get the armour but then an update showed up that said u gave the armour to martin and the quest finished. (I have the armour now and i use it if my primary armour is wosn out) I dont think this should really effect the game but its a glich so it might not let me do the next martin quest.
