Place them in the Data folder of your Oblivion folder. Then, when the auto-run menu comes up when you click on the Oblivion icon, click on data files, and activite the plug-in in the list by double clicking until it's checked off.

well how can i place them in the folder? becaue when i transfer it or copy it into the data it says it can't be transfered because the disc is write-protected.

It also says i can remove the protection, but i have no idea where to do that

Right-click on the HDD you installed Oblivion to and look for a write-protection checkbox.

With HDD I mean your harddisk, it is usually the drive called "C". Sometimes the harddisk is divided into two parts, then you'll have "C" and "D". You can access your HDD right from the desktop, just double-click on the computer-symbol in the top left corner, then you should see all drives your PC has.
