3 Issues with mods, need someone to take a look at list

I have this problem where some elves have doodly ears when you look at them from the front, but its alright when you look at them from the side view.

Also I have this, magicka value problem where I'm not recieving 200 Magicka for using the Atronach birthsign.

Is it possible to put a link here from nexus forums? As the details are there and..... you know..
