So someone has already done an Under City, or just some of the content?
If its the Under City thing, then, I wasted my time...if its the content thing then that doesn't matter.

I haven't seen any undercity mods for Oblivion. There were quite a few for Morrowind, but I don't think any have been made for Oblivion.
