Making a Room

Like the title says, I'm making a room in a void. I've put two chest in the void to store items. My quests are, how do i prevent the chests from resetting what items are inside them, and how do i make a spell to summon a door to the room. I'm asking because a mod i downloaded didn't take me to the right place so i decided to make my own, but i don't know how to do those two things.

If you put something in a chest, it won't disappear. And for the door thing..I don't think you can do that, but you could teleport there.

The door thing is possible it's in a mod i downloaded, but it doesn't take me to the right place. You said it's possible to teleport there, how do i set up a spell for that. i can figure out how to add it.

I'm not really sure, but it was done in a mod: Quest for Mythic Armour, The Elder Scrolls 4 Downloads, The Elder Scrolls 4 Weapon and Armor
Maybe you could look at it in the CS and find out.

I've tried opening some of my other mods in CS, but when i do they open with the parent file. Is there any way to avoid this?
