Mod Request- Fire Arrows

Well I thought it might be cool to make an arrow with a fame on the arrowhead but I don't have much experience with the CS and therefor cannot create this kind of mod. I'm looking forward to someone who tackles the mod.

Fire Arrows could be soo cool, like they could be used as signals, ignite targets and stuff, (probably not possible, just use a damage health enchantment for a certain time...) and maybe be a continuous light source in dark dungeons....

yea thye would be cool, and if it were possible, light up ur ememiesand watch them ru around sceaming.
