hummm... techincally u can get the anims by exporting them from the .bsa files, but u can only make idle animations, i.e. things like npc's drinking beer or reading books, no weapon idle anims. and the dragon only has like 1 animation, and thats what it does in the *censored for no spoiler warning)

I noticed when using staffs they often have a lunging effect when they cast spells, maybe that can be a power attack or a ending move of a combo like in swords. I believe importint the anims is theoretically possible, providing (not sure if Morrowind uses different filing system, only got the Xbox version) that we convert the files to match DDS models i.e person holding spear.

has there been any news on the StarWars mod progress? has it been shut due to copyright like the Lord of the Rings mod for oblivion and the older one for morrowind?

I really would like to see a HUGE mod that creates at least 8 extra twons, 3 fortresses, 2 imperial outposts, 2 goblin outposts that take on the imperial outposts, a wall in a sewer system that you have to find that will lead to a goblin war factory... Basically a huge mod that MAKES tons of NPC addons, and locations... Also make new models for guards, goblins, etc.. and their npcs...

they would have to move into another country to do that. if u want all that just wait till the next game. by the time some1 makes a mod that big the next game in the series will probably b close to commin out.

ok i got a couple..

1. dragons. the big, ugly, mean kind.
2. npcs picking up dropped items.
3. soul gems carrying A LOT of souls, if not infinite.

this is the latest version. Though it adds a blade that acts like a shield, so it doesnt do damage. But thats good enough for me ^^.

I would actually like to see a crossbow in the game, I always like those ^^.
Or a mod so you can use weapons on your horse =P.

ooooo weapons on horses, i like the way you think! maybe spells and being able to kick people with ur spurs, like samurai did in wartime. that would be awesome.

There is a star wars/jedi mod, but the maker has gone AWOL for a week, so it might not ever get done.

Like I said, spears (crossbows, horseback fighting, etc) would require new animations, which are not possible to get at the moment.
