Is there a mod that will...

Is any one out there aware of a mod that will make it possible to use th ES III Morrowind weapons far more powerful. By this i mean a mod that will make it far easier to kill NPC's like those of a regular First PErson Shooter. Instead of having to hit an unarmored NPC 20 times til they die. Please if anyone does please leave a link or filename....thanx guys.:)

Turn the difficulty slider down?

I remember that in morrowind I could fire at an NPC a dozen times with my bow and miss everything because my skill was too low, that I was only 3 feet away from my target didn't matter.

:agreed

Turn the slider down and they die quicker. I believe that you can kill some (usually tough) opponents in three hits at the lowest difficulty setting!
