But it was an NPC and not a dummy/chaindoll/haybail target... I cant edit the health of static objects.

yeah... im still sure there can be a script made to increase levels while hitting the dummy and the targets.

If you use Illusion, Alteration, Restoration or Mysticism magic on the dummies it helps increase skills.....but you can do that by using the spells in general
