Join Date: May 2nd, 2001 Rep Power: 32 | I didn't buy it - I haven't bought a WWF pay per view in a while now, actually. Things just really need to turn around and start making more sense, storyline-wise, for me to get back into the PPV habit. Over the last 2-3 months I've hardly even been watching Raw or Smackdown, I've been reading about them but not liking what I read...so I'm just going to hold out until they fix things.
Of course, from the sound of it (bringing in Hall, Nash and Hogan) they're not all that interested in fixing anything. It's like WCW was a virus, and when McMahon bought them out, he just invited it into his perfectly healthy company. It's slowly killing the WWF from the inside, and Nash/Hogan will only exacerbate the problem, I think. We'll see. Fans always like to see a long-absent wrestler back in the ring, and Nash/Hogan bring political intrigue with them.
