In case you didn’t know, May 25 is being celebrated across the world as National Towel Day.
According to the website towelday.org 'Towel Day is an annual celebration on the 25th of May, as a tribute to the late author Douglas Adams (1952-2001). On that day, fans around the universe proudly carry a towel in his honour.'
The day is a salute to Ford Prefect in Douglas Adams' space parody The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy where ‘a towel is the intergalactic hitch-hiker's best friend. It provides seating, clothing and even, for the brave, nutrients.’
So happy towel day. Do you know where your towel is ?

I don't use towels, I put on my clothes while still sopping wet.
