Thats good and all, but I thought episode three was quite poor compared to the first two. Wasn't really much to it other that a few people making some stupid decisions, and a little fight in the desert.
Ok, who is the female that was in the tight t shirt and panties getting ready to take a shower. She is smoking hot, when her hair is down.
So far its not bad, but its not SG either. It takes a little getting used to. I can't wait till this season gets released on BR. I have all of the SG1 seasons and about half of SGA on dvd.

That would be Second Lieutenant Vanessa James (played by Julia Benson, formerly Julia Anderson before Marriage).
She's the same lass who was in the sex scene with Matthew Scott in the first episode (although this scene was cut from British TV).

I'd agree. It isn't Stargate as we know it.
SG-1 was pretty much all about gate travel, it was only after Atlantis started that we went into (and onto) the more 'space ship' scene, on SG-1. Obviously they've decided to stick with that on Universe, and the show (like said before) isn't so much about exploration, as it is about staying alive.
Wow, just checked out scenes from Masters of Horror with her in it. Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
It was a decent scene, and will add to later plot lines I believe. I just worry they are trying too hard to copy the emotional mechanic of BSG, that made it so popular. They are tapping into tension too early. BSG did not tap some of that until 6 episodes or more later. I am worried it will burn out too soon, or it will skip around to make filler shows from week to week, and make me loose interest. BSG did that around season 3, and it lost a lot of viewers.
