Regardless of how bad those are, Manos which was mentioned on the last pages is hard to beat. I mean, it was home made, had a ridiculously long intro (a car driving), and poor editing.
Look carefully- you can see the freaking clapperboard come up. They didn't even edit it out in the final cut.

Plan 9 From Outer Space is also one of those shitty movies. Poor special effects (even for back then), a ridiculous plot, terrible acting, just. plain. terrible.
