About X vs. Y threads.
 

Well, I go away for a few days and, all of a sudden X vs. Y threads pop up all over this forum (excluding the X vs. Y thread).

I don't mind these threads here at all as long as they are related to entertainment, since this is the Entertainment forum. Already, there are X vs. Y threads loosely or unrelated to entertainment. That is not acceptable here, sorry.

Thus, here is the one and only rule of the comparison threads: if you want to make an X vs. Y thread, both things being compared must be related to entertainment. This does not include news. If this rule is breached, the thread will be sent to spam, closed, or trashed, or dealt with otherwise. If you want to make a thread comparing one or two things not dealing with entertainment, create it in the appropriate forum.
