Who do you think is the best James Bond actor?

I voted: Sean Connery

I like them all really, but there is just something I like about Sean Connery. I like him in all his movies and to me he is the best James Bond. :nodding:

I also think Sean Connery was the best James Bond actor. In my opinion Pierce Brosnan would come in close second.

Of course it's Pierce. He has the visual image down much better, and it would be hard to argue his attitude of suave spy is insuperior to Connery's.

My top three are Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan and then Roger Moore. I voted for Moore just because he should not be in the company of losers like Dalton :mad:

Pierce Brosnan hands down, I mean you just know he is the best bond when he says "Bond Jame Bond". Although I only really liked Goldeneye out of all his movies it was good enough to make me accept Pierce Brosnan as the new, best Bond.

I heard Clive Owen (King Arthur, Closer) was being looked at for the next Bond. That would be soooooo much better that Colin Farrel.

I never saw much of Sean Connery as James Bond, but I hear that he was the best as the original. I am used to Pierce Brosnan's Bond personality, so it is difficult for me to judge. I don't think Brosnan has been too bad though.

In order of preference:
Sean Connery: He's James Bond. Enough said.
Pierce Brosnan: The best Connery's substitute.
Roger Moore: Not that bad. He had a good Britanic phlegm.
George Lazenby: He did only 1 James Bond. Far to be the best one.
Timothy Dalton: Who? :rolleyes:

Did you know this role was intended to Tom Selleck at the beginning? I always wondered if he would had the same success. The actor personality is extremely important for such movies.

Connery was good but starred in shittier bond films (He was captive for most of hte time in Goldfinger.

Moore is a leg who starred in the best, Live and Let Die.

Brosnan was quite good as well actually, had the cold no bullshit attitude... shame Goldeneye and World is not enough are his only half decent bond films...

Connery is the best. I hate Moore so much. What Connery did with style, screen prescence, suaveness (if that's a word) and general talent, Moore attempted with his eyebrow.

I'd say Pierce Brosnan, because he was more fit for charming women than Sean Connery but I must admit that tastes have changed quite alot since. I liked more the Image of James Bond as Brosnan but the movies with Connery were better, It looks like they ran out of Ideas after all the movies.
