Consisdering getting FOC..

I am thinking of buying FOC, but is EAW coding and models compatible with FOC. I know theres a new XML system but is it that different?

not really. but i dont think u should get foc. i mean its good, but it adds a new faction that's not canon to star wars. but it's still a good game. also, xml coding in foc is just like coding in the original one.

Not really, you need to add a few things to your old units first like how much it costs to bribe them and stuff. otherwise buy the damned game, its great because of how many new abilitys there are.

Who cares if it is not canon. It does more then add new factions. It adds a Transport system, new units to the existing factions. More coding options. New planets, Orbital Bomborment. New Heros. etc.
