I know I am.
I expected more .maps and at least detailed explanation of the new entities and how they worked.
Theres no script maker (like behaved).
It takes like 10 mins to start Uberradiant up (maybe not that long but it does take ages)
And they even made such a silly mistake on the Documentation when you click Game Module under the script area it can't be found because they typed the wrong path in.
I was dead excited this morning when I saw it was out but as soon as I tried it out I was extremely disappointed.
Who thinks the same?
BTW don't take any of this against me!
Resistance is futile!

I am having problems with GDK for EF2. I load and all goes well, when I go to load a texture group , in the bottom screen it show the progress, and I get "opengl invalid enumerant" errors . Every one fails. I have a p4 1.7 with a MSI geforce 4 ti 4800 8x card with the latest nvidia drivers. Any body have any ideas. I never had this problem with the GDK for EF1. Any help would be appreciated.
It loads ok on my machine, but the map files that ritual provided take a long time to load, but that's just because they're so big. The only real problem I have with the program is that you cannot scroll through the list of textures. When you click on the textures menu at the top and click on a texture group, it only shows you what that little box will allow and nothing else. If anyone knows how this can be fixed, please let me know.
Also, I noticed something else. It seems that the players (the first-person character that you play and everyone else) are a lot bigger in EF2 than in EF1. When I converted an EF1 map to EF2 using the convert feature in the UberRadiant, I went to play the map in EF2 and realized that I was taller than all of the doors, and it wasn't like that in EF1. Then I decided to spawn people, like Picard and Tuvok. I was using the map "voy3" when you have to go to Engineering to help B'lanna. Picard was half the size of the warp core! UberRadiant let's you scale down people in the game, but I haven't figured out if it lets you scale down the the first-person player. Again, if someone knows how to do this, please let me know.
dgood i have the solution - i had the same problem i fixed it by going into the prefernces option on (i think) the edit menu and tick the scroll bar option for the texture box, you can also just hold down the mouse button in the texture box and move the mouse up to scroll down with out the scroll bar but it takes ages!
also you really need to have a fast computer to use the new radient but if you are having problems its probably cause you just need to get used to it i only have one major problem which is the models some textures wont load in radient but when you load them in game the textures appears also some one needs to realse a texture fix for the nebula class as theres a huge black spot on the bottom of the saucer section! i also think that ritual should have realsed a enterprise .map or at least the academy i hope they evemntually realse all of the .map files like raven did.
I hope they release them all too...
Some Player models on the editor appear like freaks! eg part of their head is twisted around the other part of the head lol

The game is picky and wants all the map files to be one word (or a phrase connected by underscores and dashes _ - ) Try renaming the map to room_021, room-021, or room021 instead.
Well, personaly, I have had no problems at all with Uber Radiant. There are scripting and other tools in the Utilites folder, and Uber runs perfectly on my system. It took me no time at all to learn all the new enties, and there wasnt that meny new ones to figure out
The scale has changed in EF2, but its just a case of re-sizeing the map to fit. Thats if you actualy WANT to use an EF1 map in EF2. EF1 maps such as the Voy maps wont really suffer from this minor niggle to much cause there outdoor's
