Simple. You can't "interact" with the picture of Tricia Helfer. On the other hand, when you approach Seven of Nine (game model of Jeri Ryan, as you put it) and press Use key, she replies You seemed to have developed an unnatural obsession with me. Or something like that. Besides, Battlestar Galactica isn't half as popular as Star Trek.
