Have there been any mods that allow (other) realms of oblivion to become available in morrowind and oblivion? How about mods that added the other provinces or all of them to these games?

Also, out of curiousity, why can't you see daggerfall in the map in oblivion? Is it just out of the range of the map? I haven't played the game so I don't know if it was destroyed or something in the end

Daggerfell is just out of range of the map.
Here are some Province mods. There will be more of them. I suggest you search around at Bethesda forums to find more.

Are these the only sites you would recommend searching (I mean like tesnexus, bethesda site, etc.) or are there any others?

EDIT: Anything about the other planes of oblivion? I've always wanted to see what Vaermina's or Nocturnal's would be like.

I visited the Elder Scrolls Wiki. A mod suggested there was similar to it. Had suggestions for more types of places in Oblivion than the ones already present in the game but there was no suggestion for the different PLANES of oblivion.
