is it worth it?

i got Oblivion for the 360 and got bord with that after i beat it found out that the main quest reward is stupid so then i got DoW for the pc and found out how to mod and do all that and its really fun, but now im starting to regret getting oblivion for the 360 instead of the pc cause i want to mod that too. but is it really worth the trouble to sell back the same game and just switch to the pc or should i keep my hopes up to see if there will actually be a fifth ES game in maybe 2015 and mod that instead.

btw, is bethesda really thinking about doing that?

Bethesda is thinking the next TES game will be out around 2010. And, yes, get the PC version. So much easier to play.

ok then, and one more question: is it true that some mods cant be used on the version from d2d.com? i find it more convenient to buy it from there, but does it effect modding, or is it just downloaded mods?

I would not think that it'd affect anything. I'm not suer whether or not the D2D comes with the game AND the construction pack.

well i no it doesnt come with the construction pack, its free to download from bethsoft.com, right?

Do NOT get the Direct2Drive version of the game if you intend on using mods, which you obviously do, just get a retail copy, that way you are sure you can use any mod out there.

Some mods will not work with the D2D version, including all mods that use Oblivion Script Extender.

So just get the retail version, much safer choice when it comes to mods.
