Do you think there will be an Elder Scrolls V sometime in the next year or two? And do you think it will be better or worse than Oblivion?

Next year or two? No. They're busy working on Fallout 3. After that, I'm going to guess it'll come out in around four years.
Will it be beter than Oblivion? Most Definatly so. They learn from their mistakes.

Evident as seen in Fallout 3. God I hated the fact in oblivion that by lvl 25 all the imperials were outfitted in Daedric garbs. I wonder what they'll call the next one.

there was very little wrong with oblivion there will be a hard push to make anything better

Compared to the previous TES games, Oblivion was a disaster. But if you're a newbie to the series, then you'll probably think it's the greatest TES game ever.
personally, I thought oblivion was weak. Combat system was a vast improvement compared to morrowind, but it just lacked the heart that made morrowind so enjoyable.

when the make TES V, hopefully they'll be able to right the wrongs of TES IV and make it alot more immersing.

if you call taking everything good about morrowind and Beating it to death in oblivion learning from their mistakes, then yes, they do.

I hope to god that they don't screw ES:V up.

And most likely people are, TES IV made the Elder scrolls series popular, mainly because it launched along with the xbox 360.

morrowind sucked balls compared to oblivion i only played morrowind for about 10 hours but i didnt like it that much it just failed but oblivon then wiped the floor with it

That will not bode well with the Morrowind fans. I played Morrowind for around 35 hours, and just couldn't get into it. I can't say which is better.

I bought it on xbox and having my first game in the TES series been Oblivion, i turned off morrowind within 40 mins. I hated the enviroment in Morrowind, it was too brownish from what i remember.
