Scariest moment in oblivion

I think there should be a 'most scariest creature' poll somewhere so people can vote. Seriously most oblivion creatures don't scare me, but friggin minotaurs are creepy as hell.

The scariest moment of mine was definitely when i was exploring a random cave. Now i had the difficulty set really high so i had to be very cautious. I enter the cave (i had a skeleton summoned) and immediately battle music starts and my skeleton runs off to wherever the hell these enemies are. I slowly creep forward awaiting the foe, when sure enough 3 pissed off trolls come running around the corner at me. Needless to say i was dead within seconds

Got to be when a big ol' monster is behind you and you turn and whisper "Mommy" because you don't expect it to be there, I was in a cave and a troll frightened me when I turned around.

Aha, you're story made me chuckle. I havn't any particularly scary moments in oblivion, but in other games yes... (Left 4 Dead o.0)

Im sure if I keep playing it i'll end up with a little moist patch sometime soon, it always seems to happen

My scariest moment happened while burglarizing someone's house. It was 3 am and I thought everyone was sleeping. So I picked the lock to the basement and was plundering their stash and all of a sudden I heard the door creak open. I was sneaking and wearing the Chameleon Curiass so I backed myself up against the wall in the hopes they wouldn't notice me. I turned and see an Argonian coming straight towards me. He walks up and looks down directly at me. Turned out it was Amusei delivering a message for Grey Fox but the thought of getting caught and having to reload from an unknown point freaked me out. Of course my 9 year old daughter laughed histerically at me for being freaked out.

1. i got 2 i was doing that Dark brotherhood misshon i think the second Not excloding the Ignisheation misshon the 1 were u have to make it look like an acident so i did it when down stairs stelthing past the noid get to the door he random ly terns around and cardes me i run out side becaus i what the bonus run tho the city gate the i saw 12 city gard with there bows out that scerd me went the other whay the that noid was cargig like a crazy the so i took my luck with the gard so the shot befor i cood shild all the arows shoot and go right thro me and i like wtf terd aroud and there shooting the noid the noid starts attacking the gard so i just whacd he achaly killd 1

2. i was Beagi an adrenalan junky and was jumping on billdings with the gards after me a missed a jump fell and wass srounded by gards and they killed me before i cood sreder and risists and get a whay.

I was going though a cave of imps, and I was nearly finished so I thought I'd just see if there was any more treasure. I didn't bother sneaking because they were only imps but when I got to the end there was a minotaur that ran at me. I was definitely not expecting this and it gave me a hell of a fright. However, it was kind of ruined afterwards when the minotaur got stuck running on the spot.

I've never really been scared during oblivion, though that may be because I'm really into horror and such, so when things pop up out of no-where I laugh rather than scream.
Creepiest place, though, is probably the lighthouse cellar where Mathieu bellamont lives - or lived - depending on if you've completed the dark brotherhood quests. I loved his diary though, ;D
'daddy prayed and guess who came a hooded man in sithis' name who left but then he came once more to pass through window wall and door, I lie in fear my mouth agape as wicked blade did cleave your nape...' etcetc.

I have, however, Managed to be terrified during Silent Hill: Homecoming.
I still love it, though

One time I was just walking around, it's all peaceful then I just hear this loud hit noise and then a scream. I almost had a heart attack.

First time I found the entrance to the Dark Brotherhood's headquarters... I found that to be pretty creepy... especially seeing that door...

Also, I hate when I'm in a dark cave and I can barely see- the light around me goes only so far- and then a rat or wolf jumps out from the darkness and attacks me. I wish I had some sort of protective bubble around me, but unfortunately I don't...
