Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul Mod (OOO) Guide

I highly doubt anyone still reads this forum, but I'm stuck on "Shadows in a struggle for power". I really enjoy the OOO mod but the added quests are so vague it's annoying sometimes.

I found this quest by reading a note on a wall next to a gate in Anvil. That triggered the quest. But I think I may have done things in the wrong order. When I started the game with the OOO mod, something glitched and I had absolutely no map markers of any kind, so I used the reveal map cheat. Because of this, through reading notes I found I was able to keep the quest going by simply going to the places, but like I said, I'm pretty sure I did things in the wrong order.

I got the first 4 peices of Dread Armor first. Then got the last piece. From there I went to the ruins in the Mountains where all the Shadow ghosts enemies are. Here's the problem:

I defeated lcxth, but I can't get his weapon. It says "my hand freezes upon touching the ghostly warrior". After reading that I assumed maybe I did something wrong so I went to google and it pointed me here.

Anyone help???
