I appreciate the rep comment but I just think all that rep stuff is too much trouble. It's not that rep bar that determines your rep here, it's your popularity and how much you help people. Who cares about some stupid bar. Anyway glad I could help. I have four questions: 1- is there a way to get High Chancellor Ocato's awesome blue and black armor and Hannibal Traven's even cooler looking black and red armor without stealing? I know you can't kill them since they'll just go unconscious. I tried using the console and killing them, then repeatedly pressed my pickpocket button and when they were was just first coming conscious again, I was able to get everything in their inventory, but then it was considered stealing, so I got in trouble with the guards. And since I'm the Divine Crusader I got that "Do not continue down this path" message. 2- Is there such thing as a Drakefired shield? I have all the other armor pieces but there's no shield. 3- In the Temple of the One there's a priest there with white robes. I have the robes but not the hood, and the hood looks like it will go great with this other armor I have. She's wearing the robes so I can't try the same thing I did with Ocato and Traven. Does she have any "bed clothes" that she wears to bed instead of the robes? If so I could just pickpocket the robes off of her then. 4- Is there another cite like the one Commissar mentioned? I thought the cite would have the location of everything that OOO installed in it, but there's a few things in there that they didn't mention. Like the Drakefired shield, if there is one.

BTW: Yes I do realize I forgot some things in that quest guide I typed. That's because there was so much to type that I just left some things out. But here's one important one. I said that if you picked up that green gem in Narind in the Shadows in a Struggle for Power quest that you would get the power to summon Jephre's guardians. You really get the power to do this when you defeat the leader of the corrupted rangers, Eregor. Oh and never defeat Eregor before you retrieve the green gem, because then the quest will never truly end. You'll get a journal entry the next time you go into Yeleri with Eregor defeated that says something like, "Here, Eregor lies in wait to face me" or something. Since Eregor is already dead, you'll never get the last entry, but that's the only thing you won't get. You won't mess anything special. So get the gem, THEN kill Eregor.

Forgot a couple more important things: To restore Light of Dawn to its full power, you must kill 300 vampires. With every 100 you kill it will get more power. And an easy way to get the Shadows in a Struggle for Power quest is to put on the braided armor the corrupted rangers wear. And there are two other weapons for the Dragon armor. The Dragon's Beastclaw is a claymore and is found in the private quarters room of A Fighting Chance in the IC Market District. DO NOT use the player.payfine command in the console if you get caught after getting the sword, because giving up stolen items is part of the fine. The sword is guarded by Rohssan's dog and a guardian scamp. The Dragon's Purification if a bow and the Dragon's Teeth are the arrows (there are 30 arrows). These can be found in the first chest to your right when you enter the part of the room in the Dark Brotherhood sleeping quarters with all the beds. The chest is behind the bed when your standing at the entrance to that area. If your not a member of the DB and don't want to be one (like me) then go to the testing hall (type coc testinghall in console) and go to the room that has the crates with everything in the game in them. Go to the all keys crate and look for the key called the sanctuary well key. This will open the well entrance to the DB sanctuary. Use god mod (type tgm in console) for unlimited arrows for The Dragon's Teeth.

Hi.

Hannibal Traven, Arch mage of the mages guild right?
I havent done it with Oscuros installed yet (Damn it makes the game so much more..... challenging) but I remember when I completed the mages guild quests in vanilla Oblivion he kills himself to put his soul in a giant black soul gem, and you could pick up his robe then If I remember rightly. So, hopefully when that happens you can nab his awesome red and black armour. Desperately trying to beat up hordes of necromancers as we speak. Will post again once i've done it.

Erm.

I just got sidetracked when doing the mages guild quests and decided to go to the grave of petilus's wife and get that sword you talked about to start the pth of iron quest, but....... no sword. It's not next to the grave. I'm slightly confused. Any help anyone? there a console command to fix this? i'm at the grave that says 'here lies vena petilius' is that the right one? right near petilius's house near brindle home. Really wanted to do some OOO quests but this is not a good start. What version did the quests get added in? checking my version now........Looks like ive got OOO 1.3 from the name of the exe i downloaded, might try updating to 1.31 or 1.33 or whatever its at now, see if that sorts it out. will update later

not sure if you've seen this yet, but inside the palace (4th or 5th floor) in the battlemage's chambers ocata's helm is beside his bed. I know this doesn't help much for the rest of the armor. Though he might go to sleep in the bed (you get there by doing the last thieves guild quest, I didn't wait around that long). just so you know, with the lady at her desk, it seemed impossible to sneak by, though it seems she eventually leaves through the hallway, don't remember which time that is though. Also, there's a key beside the bed I found once I hacked my way to it: Iridescent tiny key. Anyone know where this leads you? (completely new to posting, is there some way through an html tag or something else for creating a newline?)

Ok I have version 1.3. I believe that is the latest one, but I could be wrong. I've never had your version, so I don't know if the Path of Iron quest is added in 1.3. The sword will also be sticking out of the grave, it won't be near it. It's a golden claymore so you can't really miss it. Just look at the grave and if the quest is in that version, it will be sticking out of the grave. HINT/POSSIBLE SPOILER: as mentioned in one of my above posts with the description of the quest, go in Petilius' house and look for a trap door leading to a secret basement. Read the book on the table below the picture of his wife. Seriously, read all of it. It's not boring at all, it's really interesting and full of action. If you don't want to, then just read my description of the quest in my above post and it will tell you what to look for in the book as well as everything else in the quest.

And once you beat the quest, the name of the armor your get will change. The name is sort of copied from one of Oblivion's best armor mods "Lost Paladins of the Divines". This mod adds the two best armor sets and weapons that I have ever seen in any game ever. I seriously recommend you download it. The armor and weapons, if your computer can handle it, have real time reflections on the armor. Just like the armor you get at the end of the Path of Iron quest, the Paladin's armor is gold and white, but it's like 999999999 times better. Plus, when you find the location of them, you can customize the armor. Like if you want the reflections or not, or if you want a closed or open helm. (Closed looks a lot better) If you get the mod, let me know if you need help. I was stuck in the beginning myself, so if you need help finding them, let know.

And as for Hannibal Traven's red and black armor, I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that you won't be able to get the armor that Hannibal Traven is wearing, as well as the armor High Chancellor Ocato is wearing, which is blue and black. The good news is that you can download the mod "New Merchant Items" and you will be able to buy both sets of armor for a fairly good price. At least for me it was cheap, since everybody has a disposition of 100 to me and my Mercantile skill is 250. The armors are called "Archmage" for blue and black and "Blood Archmage" for red and black. Also there is no shield. However this mod has some spoilers to OOO. For example you will see braided armor and weapons from this mod. These are special armor and weapons that some special enemies from OOO in the Gold Coast wear, and that only you can wear until you beat the quest. There's also a lot of other new weapons and armor, like Elven Sky armor, which is light blue version of Elven armor, and Daedric katanas, and a whole bunch of other stuff. There's also this red version of glass armor in OOO, but it doesn't have a shield. In New Merchant Items, you can buy a red glass shield to go with it, as well as the full set of red glass armor and even blue glass armor, whose pieces are scattered in certain dungeons in OOO.

Vuci: I knew about Ocato's helm beside his bed, but like I said, to get the full set, get the mod "New Merchant Items" and you can buy the full set as well as other cool stuff. Remember the armors are called "Archmage" for blue and black, and "Blood Archmage" for red and black. As for that key you found, go to Sideways Cave on the Imperial City island and go all the way to the end. When you get to the throne room with the dead scholar in the underground Ayleid ruin, as your standing in the only entrance to the throne room and looking inside it, look to your right and you will see a caved in doorway with an Ayleid cask sitting on top of the rubble. That key unlocks it and inside is a powerful enchanted Elven defensive staff. Sometimes the key won't work. If it doesn't, just open the console with the tilde key to the left of the 1 key on the keyboard, click on the cask, and type "unlock". Oh yeah, and you don't have to do the Theives Guild quest to get to Ocato's room. Just type "unlock" with the console and open any locked doors. Watch the guards though.....

Let me know if you have any questions. If you need help with a quest or something else, read my OOO Quest Guide in one of my above posts. If it's not helping, then just ask me.

If you've killed him, his body may have disappeared and you won't get the armor. But there's still a chance. Open the console, click on the door to the Blackwood Company building in Leyawin, and type "unlock". Enter and go up into the top room, the Blackwood Company leader's quarters. Use the same unlock door technique as mentioned before if necessary. His body might still be there, and it might not. If it is there, he might have the armor, and might not. Sorry if you don't get the full set, but if you do, congratulations, you now have one of the best sets of armor in OOO!
I don't know what you mean when you say "click on the Blackwood Company Hall in Leyawiin and type unlock" what do you mean by that? U don't really know what you mean by that, can you please explain what you mean by "click" and "unlock" for I would like to get the full set of this Dragon Armor you speak of, I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.

You can unlock anything in the game with the console by walking right up to the object (doors, chests, etc...), opening the console (~ by default), clicking on the object with your mouse, then typing unlock. Simple.

And you can do the same if you want to lock something for some reason, by following the same steps, and instead typing lock at the end.

Alright, thanks for explaining it Kiergo, I really appreciate it, I now know what it means thanks to you, unfortunatly I didn't see Ri'zakar's body spawn in his room unfortunatly yet I wonder if there is any other way to get the Cuirass. Oh well, I can live with it but I still wonder if there is any other way to get the Cuirass somehow but regardless thanks for your assistance Kiergo, I really appreciated it. Also I don't really know where the Skyrim Bandits HQ is and I looked to where Assassin said to look which is above the "T" in the Map Area but I didn't find it anywhere. could someone possibly put an image up where it shows on the map where the HQ is positioned? I would appreciate it.

Try saying "player.moveto 000A564E" or "player.moveto 00035703". If it doesn't work, then I don't know what to do, because all the console commands i was going to suggest mean you have to have a reference.
