Magic, U'd use a Breton, For Marksman, U'd use A wood elf, and for melee, Use a Nord.

I used to have wood elves all the time, but somehow my morrowind is cursed and crashes from time to time... My all time record was 118 days in game for one character...

The dark elves are pretty good all rounders. They have a high magic resitance, they're good at magic, swordfighting and marksman.
