Magic, U'd use a Breton, For Marksman, U'd use A wood elf, and for melee, Use a Nord.

I used to have wood elves all the time, but somehow my morrowind is cursed and crashes from time to time... My all time record was 118 days in game for one character...

The dark elves are pretty good all rounders. They have a high magic resitance, they're good at magic, swordfighting and marksman.

I prefer to use Dark Elves. They have good magic usage, good sword usage, and marksman, so there is really no downside. They are my prefered race because i always choose all arounders.

I'd go for High Elf. However, they do have a weakness to magic. Ah well, but they're still my favourite race.

Ya iv always been tempted to make a High Elf because they have tons of magic and are good in it. But they have a big weakness to it and thats what turns me off. I guess however if you simply wear magic res armor it all equals out.
